Application to the Graduate Field of Biomedical Engineering is made through the Graduate School at Cornell University.

The application consists of:

• an application form
  
• a statement of purpose
  
• transcripts
  
• letters of recommendation
  
• payment of the application fee
  
• scores on the General Record Examinations (GRE) general test

Applicants whose native language is not English must also meet the English proficiency requirement.  Applicants seeking fellowships should take the GRE tests no later than October.
